Cabarita

Another amazing new 3 storey home by GSP Design and Construction located in Cabarita, Sydney NSW.

Working closely with the builder we were required to design, supply and install all custom-made joinery.

The project included kitchen, laundry, linen, home office, wardrobes, BBQ area, TV units and 4 bathrooms.

Objectives

The clients have a very busy work schedule with very little experience in home building which meant they relied on us to deliver on their expectations. Our design team presented the owners with several design options where we worked closely to achieve the best outcome for each room.

A home office was an important feature to enable our clients and their children to have the ability to work from home.

A large kitchen was a must with a walk-in butlers’ pantry for extra storage and preparation space. 

A common theme was adopted through all bathrooms with beautiful terrazzo tiles and timber look joinery.

We needed to guide and advise our clients with all aspects from layout to finishes but also work within a budget and time constraints.

A modern theme was established where flat panelled monochrome doors were mixed with some timber elements to add a bit of warmth.

Outcome

Another impressive build by GSP and another repeat client. The outcome was exactly what was expected in terms of design and quality. 

A perfect space has been created to suit the family’s needs who also love to entertain.
