Job Description

The project involved a major renovation and extension of an existing 2 storey home located in Enmore, Sydney NSW.

Our involvement was for the design, supply and installation of all joinery. The project consisted of kitchen, laundry, wardrobes, linen cabinets and vanities.

The project was designed under strict council guidelines within a conservation area. The existing home and façade were required to be maintained for streetscape requirements with the new rear extension to have a more modern theme.

Objectives

Working with the owners we designed according to the different spaces. 

The new bathroom and window seating to the existing spaces was designed to keep with the original charm and character of the home including shaker style doors.

Working withing the new extension, the focus was to ensure we catered for a growing family with ample storage and functionality. 

The client brief was to incorporate plenty of storage, preparation space and breakfast bar seating with a modern minimalistic theme. 

The laundry space was a very important space and needed to accommodate for a second fridge. There needed to be a place for everything including hidden laundry hampers and washer dryer spaces. 

Outcome

Another successful project completed where the objectives and client expectations were achieved. This beautiful home is the perfect space for a growing family and entertaining.
