Job description 

This renovation project involved the renovation of an existing home with a second story addition. 

Our job was to design, supply and install custom made joinery including kitchen and laundry as well as 2 bathrooms.

Objectives

Detail was the emphasis of this project. Our wonderful client knew exactly what she wanted to achieve for this beautiful home. 

Coastal theme with a hint of provincial elements was the main objective due to the location and age of the existing home. The charm and elegance of the home needed to be highlighted.

In addition to the overall theme, we needed to consider ample storage and practicality. 

The kitchen needed a large island with sitting space, a large walk-in pantry and plenty of workspace. 

We used a beautify detailed shaker style door in a satin polyurethane finish. Detailed island ends and capping were added features.

The laundry included integrated hampers, broom storage as well as bench space.

The bathrooms followed the same theme with matching joinery. Beautifull marble tiles with brass detail.

Outcome

One of our favourite projects with some amazing details. A beautiful home that exceeded our clients’ expectations, running on time and within budget constraints.
